We ship orders through the Postal Service, Express Mail/Priority Mail for 1st Class Rate Shipping & First Class Mail for 2nd Class Rate Shipping. There is no tracking number with the 2nd Class Shipping options. You will receive an order placement/payment confirmation email from Paypal. Then a shipping notification email from our warehouse when your order is shipped, generally 3-6 business days from order placement. Then allow 4-7 business days for delivery. All orders are sold FOB @ the Postal Service Mail. For expedited order, or if you previously had delivery problems at your shipping address, it is recommended that we ship FedEx Ground or Overnight service, additional shipping fees may be required. To choose this option, please contact us over the phone after your order has been placed online. Additional shipping fee is charged for Overnight & Expedited orders only.

Most orders are shipped within 3-6 days of order placement, exceptions are on wholesale and professional packages orders, which ship within a 15 day time-frame unless a previous arrangement has been made. We do not ship on Sundays or major US holidays. In the event that one or more of the items ordered are out of stock, we will notify you via email for an alternate choice of products, or to place your order on hold. Without a reply within 48 hours, your order is placed on hold and ships on the next business day the item is back in our inventory. We may choose a replacement for you in case of a stencil order. Henna Artists Professional Packages (tmk-22,tmk-33,tmk-44,tmk-55) are shipped UPS/FedEx Ground, please provide us a physical street address as UPS/FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes.
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American express, and directly from your bank account payments through Paypal. We use paypal for the protection of our customers like you: It is the most secure third party credit card online processor that protects online shoppers. It is free to open an account with paypal and use your credit card or bank account. By using paypal, we do not have access to your credit card information. Mail Orders can also be placed, please contact us via our contact page or call us on the phone.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on body art products, including henna powder, henna paste, BodyPaint, Make-up. No exchanges and no returns are for retail orders. Exchanges (with a 30-day period) are allowed for wholesale orders only on non-henna products such as stencils & applicators (items not including henna powder, henna paste, BodyPaint and Make-up). A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all exchanges, new shipping fee will be applied.
Tattoo-Me offers gift certificates for values of $25, $50 & $100. These certificates are the perfect gift if you know someone who would like one or more of our products. The gift certificates are redeemable on our website as well as at the stores that carry Tattoo-Me Henna products.
